We met up with Hieu to ask a few questions about his position at cove.tool, his thoughts about the company, and what keeps him busy outside of work.
1. What is your role at cove.tool? What's the best part of your job?
Backend Engineer. Building new systems from the ground up.
2. What drew you to cove.tool initially?
Commitment to climate action.
3. What do you do outside of work for fun?
Play video games, play DnD, and learn Japanese.
4. What's the biggest misconception people have about your position?
I think our job isn't to create complex systems, but to make complex systems straightforward.
5. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Japan. I wouldn't want to work there though.
