GGA+ led the design of Union Tower, an affordable mixed-use housing project in California targeting net-zero energy. Using cove.tool's energy, climate, and daylight analysis, the team optimized energy performance, window-to-wall ratios, and shading strategies. cove.tool also enabled the integration of solar power and passive ventilation, creating a sustainable and cohesive design. By streamlining workflows, cove.tool helped GGA+ meet the 2030 Challenge for net-zero buildings, contributing to a more energy-efficient future.
