The Finch, part of The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve, is a net-zero eco-cabin designed with sustainability and energy efficiency at its core. Featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and expansive windows, it blends comfort with a reduced carbon footprint. The home relies on solar energy to maintain comfortable year-round temperatures, maximizing daylight through open floor plans and large windows. cove.tool was used to optimize energy performance, enabling the design to meet solar requirements and minimize overall energy consumption, resulting in a cost-effective, high-performance building.
